One Hundred and Thirty One

This week, we'll look at the life giving and restorative power of water. While water is the most abundant molecule on Earth's surface and nearly 60% of the human body is water, we often take for granted is enormous importance. Since all water is essentially the same, it is what is dissolved into it that accounts for the differences we consume whether our freshwater comes from deep in Lake Baikal or from the muddy Mississippi. Having recovered recently from a lingering flu virus, I can tell you that water, and drinking huge amounts of it, were instrumental in ridding me of that illness. And so the show is all about water. Drink up.
